I ordered 2 sheets and although they are expensive for sheet masks, they are still comparable. I love the SKII sheet masks so these are much cheaper compared to those!
During winter my skin is in need of some desperate hydration. My skin is super dry to begin with and during the winter months, I need as much moisture going into my skin as possible....I also blame my addiction to hot yoga that basically dries out my entire body! I found the mask to be a little tricky to put on and the hydrogel was quite interesting! I placed the masks in the fridge before putting them on my face; a great trick I learnt as the cold mask provides more relief to your skin and is a very good inflammatory. The hydrogel mask can be slippery to put on so it's always best to follow the instructions on the back. I loved that I didn't feel useless while the mask was on my face, as I do with other sheet masks. The hydrogel just fit on my face and didn't move around so I was free to do my nails at the same time, whereas, with other masks, the only thing I can do is lie down with the mask on......actually that may not be a bad thing!
The mask gave my skin a nice glow afterwards and was very hydrating. My skin felt very smooth and supple the day after (the feeling only lasted for about 2 days). Although my cheeks were a little red after I removed the mask, I would still recommend this mask. I did have a mini break-out prior to using this mask and the Hydrogel mask did reduce the break-out on my skin.
I think this mask is definitely worth trying especially if you are looking for a luxurious mask that you aren't paying an obscene amount of money for. My only wish is that, Boscia would make a packaged box of about 4-6 of these at a cheaper cost. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
Go on and indulge yourself!
