So to be honest, my anxiety level is always high. I'm one of those people that is always anxious and nervous. It's very challenging to control my behavior but I have learnt of different techniques to calm myself down.
Since I feel I am being pulled in different directions, I haven't had a chance to go to the gym which is extremely helpful when I'm feeling like this. I haven't been putting myself first and it's taking a toll on me. I haven't been sleeping well either, and I usually wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning, wide awake, with my mind racing.
Anyways all of this is to say, yes we have both been ignoring this blog which I apologize for but our IG page is kept up to date. We have been posting new outfit pictures so do check us out at @touchofchic. I hope to get back to blogging shortly...once I have a minute to breathe.
