I always get super depressed after New Year only because the holiday season is over (wahhh!). No more holidays and it's back to work. It's super cold here in Toronto so it's been difficult getting up in the morning.
I hope the new year brings lots of happiness and blessings to everyone! I haven't made any resolutions for this year. There are some things that I would like to keep consistent in my life and those are; to be physically active, be happy and to challenge myself, make new friends, fall in love, to keep growing in my work and as a human being, forgive people who have hurt me and to be patient. These aren't easy to do and it may take the entire year to do just one of those aspects, but i'm up for the challenge.
I would love to hear some of your resolutions! is it to be active? (you will always notice in the first week of Jan, the gyms are full but by the end of Jan, they are back to being empty again; consistency is key), to travel? to buy a house? Let us know through email, twitter or IG!
